Care and Maintenance
All TOMMA hardware must be installed in accordance with the supplied fitting instructions where applicable and maintained in accordance to the following procedures or else the warranty shall be void. As a guide all hardware should be inspected and maintained every 6 months and every 3 months for coastal or marine environments. Wash all hardware with warm water and a mild detergent and rinse off with cold water. Wipe with a dry cloth to remove all excess. Tea staining is a brown discolouration that can be visible on all S/S parts in certain environments i.e. tropical and coastal areas. It is a cosmetic condition and does not affect the structural integrity of the product. It is recommended that if tea staining is occurring then the hardware should be maintained as set out below on a more regular monthly basis.
Please note that cleaning the product with anything harsher than a mild detergent will void any warranty.
